Beautiful modern villa from 2023 located in one of the most beautiful areas of San Pedro del Pinatar, Murcia. Indeed, this villa is fully south-facing and in a street with almost no through traffic. In addition, there are green areas very close by, a lunchroom , several restaurants and a supermarket. It is also only 900 metres from the beach. Apart from a private pool, there is also a communal pool with access to it. The VVE costs for this are very low here.

The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower. The outdoor area features a spacious terrace which can be covered by an electric awning and a large pergola. The private pool is also located here. By the way, the villa is completely detached.
