All electronics (lights, air conditioning, blinds, energy meters) are controlled by Intelligent Home / Domotica system, which makes it easy to set up the right temperature inside, will conveniently shut down the anti-theft blinds when you leave the house and light up any room upon your return. Bedrooms and bathrooms are fully equipped (bed linen, towels, beach towels, hygiene articles). The apartment is assigned a comfortable, spacious parking space in the underground garage.

APARTMENT LOCATION

Sun Garden Apartment is located in the intimate, luxurious residential complex of Marjal Beach II, located on the hills of Los Secanos, overlooking the town of Guardamar del Segura, within walking distance to the Mediterranean.

Marjal Beach II is a gated and safe-guarded community. Finished in early 2016, it is not only new but also modern in terms of interior design, applied technologies of Intelligent Home, materials used and quality of furnishings.

The apartment is on one level, located on the ground floor, which makes it easier to use for the elderly and the disabled as well as families with young children. The residential outdoor pools are located towards the north end of the plot, but our apartment is not exposed to potential noises from around the pool.

The complex also has an indoor pool with heated water, along with a gym and sauna, so you do not have to give up swimming and sports in the winter or early spring.

The distance to the nearest beach access is about 500 m. Our beautiful beach could be reached either on foot or by bike or car (3-5 min.).

The town of Guardamar (with its shops, cafes, restaurants and other attractions), is some 800 m away. You can reach Guardamar’s main square in about 20 min. on foot or in less than 5 min. by car.
