Regarding this stunning modern villa of the builder Marjal: It is 9 yrs old, has never been rented before and comes fully furnished. It has 123m2 spread on two levels; there is one, big terrace of 30 m2, the smaller one 10m2 and the top floor features a solarium of 40m2. The house sits on a 350m2 parcel with private, well-maintained garden and private pool that had been enlarged by the developer to allow for parallel lane swimming.

On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen, living room, separate dining area, 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom as well as a storage room with extra fridge and new washer. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has been converted into an office with a working desk and office chair, this room has its own terrace of 18m2. 

All the furniture had been custom-made by the developer and is of very good quality. Kitchen is fully equipped, it has an electric stove, microwave, oven and new dish washer. When compared to any older houses in the neighboring area, ours has lots of storage space, three large wardrobes in the bedrooms and custom-made shelves in each room as well as in each bathroom that we had ordered as extras from the developer. 

There is a high-speed wi-fi throughout the house, water filter system in the kitchen so no need to buy bottled water. The house has its own water desalination system which treats the hard running water to the effect that it does not calcify water bolier and other house appliances.

The air-conditioning system is very powerful and effective and works in dual mode ("hot"/"cool"), if one does not want to use air con during a night sleep, for example, there are silent ceiling fans installed in each room. Air con as well as all the lights can be switched off/on remotely by way of an "intelligent house" system i.e. I can turn air con on while at the beach so that the house cools down before I arrive. 

The neighborhood is quiet, there is no construction in the area, our neighbors open their houses during the summer months only. This is an ideal house if one wants peace, relaxation and comfortable, functional stayment.

The rent is 1800 Euros per month, the property is only available for one year of rent! A possible extension is discussable, but no guaranteed. The monthly price is included everything, except for the electricity and water bills.
